"The Ableton Producer Jam is a free weekly digital swiss army knife event of all things Ableton! Featuring seminars, artist profiles, Q&A, networking, jams, and dancing (and beer!!!). It’s geared to be a fun, relaxed and inclusive environment for all skill levels and styles of Ableton producers and vocalists. We feature local producers in a profile format (open call for producers to be feat. weekly). The Cage 292 is conveniently located near College and Spadina, offers a cool/dark atmosphere, amazing drink specials and great food. So lets get NERDY!

Your host, Jason Spanu (Dj Shine) is an Ableton Certified Trainer, touring band member and Ableton programmer for Nelly Furtado, Drake, and Frank Ocean (to name a few). His reputation is well known among some of the world's top producers/artists and his performances as a live PA/DJ have rocked dance floors at huge events worldwide.

Seminar and producer profiles centered on production/technique learning, Q&A

The format is generally pretty relaxed. Sure it’s all about nerdy stuff but we are trying to make this an open atmosphere for shared learning. There will be some focused discussions as well as question periods. Producers are invited to bring material they wish to test out on a loud system and get feedback from their peers. Vocalists are encouraged as well as this is a great way to network with like minded potential music partners.
