Details: This session provides two main functions:
1: For newer learners to learn movement basics to support in continuing at our weekly outdoor classes. This session includes 60 minutes of foundational movement instruction and the remainder of the session to practice at your own pace.
2: For our regular students to have an "open" training session to practice skills in an indoor space utilising the equipment on offer.

This space has access to ropes, frames, vaults, training rings, and other equipment to hone and refine movements in a controlled environment under experienced coaches.
