Shannon Knights Bars was established in 1972 and has been at the heart of the local community ever since.
‘The Knights’ as it is known locally is a family run pub and is the ideal ‘local‘ based on traditional hospitality with a very warm welcome for everyone.
The Knights is centrally located in Shannon and is approximately 3km from Shannon International Airport and 6km from Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. We cater for all types of parties, celebrations, coach tours and corporate events.
All areas of the Shannon Knights’ venue underwent a major refurbishment in 2008 and and we hope you will agree that it has been a wonderful transformation!
This unique all in one venue consisting of the Terrace Bar, Rineanna Bar, Zest Bistro, Evolution Nightclub and Knights Off Licence and is one of the best entertainment complexes in the country.
The Terrace Bar offer its customers an old world style pub with a modern twist, the ideal place for a quite pint or a bite to eat. This bar hosts lives bands at weekends and shows all major sporting events.
The Rineanna Bar offer customers a younger, more contemporary feeling bar; this bar offers a mix of entertainment throughout the week.

Evolution Nightclub is a state of the art venue with one of the country’s largest LED screens; the venue offers two areas and a fantastic smoking area.
Food is served daily in both bars & Zest Bistro from 10am until 9pm.
