Welcome to Operation Transformation - 2017
This year we're making a few changes to the programme..
at the moment we've four 'Leaders' who will act as role models for the rest of us, similar to the set-up on the TV show. We've a range of motivational speakers and fitness professionals who will give short, sharp talks on their area of expertise, on either the Monday or the Wednesday evenings, before you embark on your walk/jog.. there will be a 3km and 5km option available..
