It's the last Friday of the month, so it's time to upgrade our weekly dance to a live band, as usual. We've got The Flying Saucers amped up with an extra couple of musicians to make a six-piece band. :)
This month we're celebrating Red Hot Swing's 11th anniversary. It's hard to believe that we started this crazy thing up way back in September 2004, that year seems so small now!
If you've never danced swing before, we kick off the festivities every Friday night with a 45 minute drop-in beginner lesson. You need neither a partner nor any experience to enjoy yourself!
Date: Friday September 25th
Times: Doors open at 8:15pm, lesson begins at 8:35pm, band starts at 9:25pm, and we keep going until 12:30pm.
Location: 2750 Quadra St (in Dance Victoria, just north of Hillside)
Price: $13 adults, $10 students
