Üritus: Poppy Mai Family Fundraiser

After reading about "The Journal of Poppy-Mai, a team of us have decided to hold a fundraiser in her honour! This story has touched over 20,000 including ourselves! For those who don't know, she was diagnosed with a rare tumour last Wednesday with nothing more can be done for her and was given a couple of days to live! Despite this, poppy is fighting the fight and still battling on!! Her family have received generous donations and have decided to put any monies raised for them towards a holiday camp named after Poppy for other families going through the same and for some respite! They aim to make massive awareness for child cancers!! The day will be hosted by Jedi Disco as well as various other children's entertainers!! There will also be stalls run, a bouncy castle weather permitting, a photo booth and even a burger van!! A photographer has also kindly offered to come take pictures of the day and we are also asking the papers to attend!! There are some special guests in the pipeline to attend so keep your eyes peeled for those confirmations!!! The offers to join the day have been fantastic!! Kind Donations have been made for our auction and raffle and are still coming!! Tickets are limited as we want to make the day as comfortable as can be for everyone and enough room for all the children to be entertained! They will be available from the Poplar Social Club from next Wednesday 30th March as well as the organisers themselves! Thank you and look forward to seeing you all then!
