Üritus: The Beverage Club

The Beverage Club is the Petersham Bowlo's monthly coming together of people who don't mind waxing lyrical about tasty tipples while eating finger food notionally matched to said tipples.

We've focussed exclusively on brewers up to this point so this month we're going to go flipping crazy and just have a red hot crack at the Old Fashioned cocktail. You'll get to try three variations on the theme, decide which you like best, and then go confidently into the night knowing that you are older than when you first sat down to try the intitial cocktail we made you.

As for the food matches, given TV show Mad Men saw a reseurgence in interest in this classic drink, we'll match it with some 60s inspired hors d'oeuvres.
