Tech Noir is an idea developed by DJ duo and long term friends Lloyd Thompson and Andy Mansfield, established DJs and promoters from the late 90s. Both are known to push the boundaries of music, venturing into depths that others dare to enter. We are also pleased to welcome Sam Wakeham and Jack Bettinson to the Tech Noir team.
