Tour the Club, Visit a Sailboat, Learn About Sailing
On Sunday afternoon, June 25, the Keyport Yacht Club joins with Summer SAILstice to introduce the public to sailing and celebrate the natural beauty of Raritan Bay.
Visitors will be given a quick tour of the club, and can learn first-hand from our members on subjects including:
- Adult Sailing Lessons - How hard is It to learn, really?
- Kids Sailing School - Building confidence is fun.
- Sailboat Racing - Adventure among friends.
- Introduction to Sailing - You can sail into the wind: True or False?
PLUS: Visit our sailboats on their moorings, take a sightseeing ride through the fleet, learn how oysters clean our waters, and more!
Visitors who want to go aboard sailboats should register in advance to assure we have sufficient boats available. Please visit our page on the Summer SAILstice website for more information and to register for the event:
