Bill Jacobi brings his Hillbilly Funk / Swamp / Roots to Deck Acoustics this December

As a solo artist, singer songwriter Bill Jacobi has perfectly embraced the role of a one-man band. Using foot percussion, lap slide, open tuned guitar and banjo, Bill has developed his own take on the roots, folk and alt country genres.

His music is filled with honesty and a healthy sense of humour…his songs are an eclectic amalgamation of swamp/roots, alternative county and hillbilly funk. Bill has toured and recorded with a long list of ground breaking Australian artists including Goanna, Shane Howard, Neil Murray, TheWarumpi Band and The Stiff Gins; to name but a few.
