The Croydon Rangers are pleased to invite all members to the Club’s 2016 AGM, to be held immediately following the Thursday night training session (senior pre-season,
women and junior regular training) in the Springfield Pavilion club rooms.

All positions on the executive committee (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) as well as the general committee will be vacated and open for nominations through the Club secretary (Ash Mays). All nominations must be received, in writing and completed on the attached form, at least 48 hours prior to the event.

The agenda for the meeting will be limited to:
• Review of 2015 AGM Minutes
• Presentation of 2015 Financial Statement
• Voting of the Committee positions
• Voting of new Life Members
• Ratification vote to change Club Statement of Rules
• Voting to accept the proposed 2016 fee structure

All financial members (player or supporter) from 2015 are entitled to vote at the AGM, as well as any member (player or supporter) that has paid the club membership portion
of their 2016 fees.

Anyone wishing to be elected as a member of the committee must be a 2016 financial member of the club (player or supporter) prior to the election.

This year the club wishes to fill the following additional role that will form part of the
2016 committee:
• GV Liaison (Position Description available).

If you would like to be considered for any of these roles, please make it know to the current club committee at your earliest convenience.

Finally, if you believe that anyone should be nominated as a life member of the club, please make the nomination to the committee by 5pm the 7th March to allow time for the current committee to discuss and approve the nomination prior to the AGM.
