Üritus: BURNING DUCK COMEDY CLUB YORK HALF YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH LOU SANDERS!!! (and Cake)

We've made it to 6 months guyz! come celebrate Burning Duck Comedy's half anniversary (yes there will be cake) with one of our favourite performers, Lou Sanders!

Lou Sanders is a surrealist comedienne who has written for Channel 4’s Stand-Up for the Week and BBC3’s Laughtershock. You might also have seen her on 'Stewart Lee’s Alternative Comedy Experience' & 'Russell Howard’s Good News!'

Lou is also a festival favourite with Time Out describing her most recent show as 'once you’ve had a few bites from her bowl of mixed nuts you’ll acquire a taste for her deliciously silly stand-up.'

Lou's show was also one of my highlights of last years Edinburgh Fringe (along with Phil Ellis, who performed last month)

Banned from 19 countries, 16 of which they have also represented at Eurovision, the road has not always been easy, but boy has it been long! The latest incarnation of the project sees The Mad Bishop and the Bear at their finest yet, both side-splittingly hilarious and generally a lot less difficult to get on with now.

Also introducing Steph Hotchkiss, a semi-finalist in the 2014 Tickled Pig student comedy competition having won the Leeds heat. Steph likes; real ale, 90s teen movies & wordplay. Steph dislikes; being told, "You're funny... For a girl".

And (god willing) a lecture on the perils of Cyber Crime!
