Need to train more ? Struggling to get time in on the mat ? Why not scratch off one months training in a morning ?8 till 10am then breakfast 11 till 1pm We suggest an early night and a good fuel up the day before, then train like you mean it. One session £15 or both sessions £20. All people from all groups and styles welcome if you want to stay over in Lincoln on the Saturday some accommodation may be available on request. Osu
