Starters
Cullen Skink
Classic Scottish smoked fish soup with velvety leek, and potatoes
served with crusty bread and butter.
Haggis Bites
Traditional Haggis in bite fixed balls coated in use breadcrumbs
with a mustard seed and whisky Sauce.
Mains
Traditional haggis neeps tatties with clapshots
Burns Night favourite, traditional haggis with mashed potatoes and turnip with a whisky sauce (optional)
Beef with Mushroom and Whisky Cream, Spinach & Tatties
Crushed peppercorn coated 6oz Sirloin steak Served on wilted spinach, with butter crushed new potatoes and a mushroom and whisky cream sauce
Balmoral Chicken
Pan fried chicken breast stuffed with haggis and wrapped In smoky bacon served with Rumbledethumps mash and a Drambuie sauce
Desserts
Homemade Shortbread with fresh raspberries and whisky cream
Deep Fried mini Mars Bar in a crispy batter, coated in sugar and served with vanilla ice cream
