Sesheida “Sy” Young has been a featured artist, actress, model, guest psalmist and lead vocalist for bands up and down the East Coast. Sesheida has worked in the underground R&B, Soul, and Hip-Hop movement, performing in bands and shows since she was a teenager. She graduated as a trained opera singer from Virginia State University with a degree in Music. Over the years Sesheida has sung back-up with gospel artists, appeared on local and national television shows, modeled in DC and NY Fashion Week (and other numerous fashion shows), performed at The Kennedy Center. Within the DMV area, Sesheida has performed at: Takoma Station, The French Alliance, and The B Spot, to name a few.

Mary Lawrence (M-LAW) is a trumpet and flugelhorn player performing an eclectic combination of Jazz influenced music such as R&B, funk, neo-soul, and hip-hop.
