Lascelles Hall was founded in 1825 and is proudly the oldest club in kirklees. The Club also boasts an impressive junior setup ranging from the under9's all the way to the under17's, lots of the youths at the club have represented Huddersfield and Yorkshire teams respectively. The oldest of the age groups have seen many players representing the 2 senior sides, who both compete in the Huddersfield Drakes League; The first team captained by Murphy Wallwyn and the second team captained my Matty Essex and both will be looking for promotion this season! The makeup of the club is as follows; Mr T.Shaw- President, Mr M.Walker- Chairman, Mrs L. Wadsworth- Secretary, Mr M.Essex- Treasurer, Mr R.Shaw - Child Welfare (not sure how) and the Committee members are made up of J.Booth, T.Mulhall, D.Traynor, R.Armitage, S.Walker, A.Westerby and the newly appointed Junior Representitive G.Sommerville (me!!)
