Mtn Vibez Productions Presents: Reggae Sundays at The One Stop at Asheville Music Hall

A weekly conscious party with sounds ranging from roots and foundation to dancehall and modern styles. Hosted by Selecta Red-Iya and I-Lou and featuring special guests and frequent live bands. Downtown sound system in full effect – local Asheville reggae for the people . Music starts at 9 pm.

Louis Abel and Jorge Aberle (I Lou and Selecta Red-Iya) are reggae DJs and producers based out of Asheville, NC. I Lou is originally from the coast of South Carolina and Red-Iya is from Costa Rica. I Lou performs on keyboard with a number of reggae bands and operates his own studio, and Jorge also mixes electronic music under the name Zenssie. They aim to utilize their skills, passion for the music, and relationships with local and international artists to highlight the reggae scene in Asheville and create a weekly vibe for all to enjoy.
