Details of beers and ciders on offer -

Thwaites - “Lancaster Bomber” - ABV: 4.4%
Award winning full-bodied chestnut coloured ale with an inviting malty aroma and warming aftertaste.
Two Times Gold Medal Winner in the European Beer Star Awards (2007 & 2011) Silver medallist in the International Beer Challenge 2012

XT Animal Brewing “Simples” - ABV 4.6%
Golden ale, soft, fruity and refreshing. Made with flaked barley and a mix of North American and New Zealand hops.

Burton Bridge “Sovereign Gold” - A.B.V. 4.0%
One of the newer style 'citrusy' beers, light and thirst quenching. The clean hoppy palate works with most foods but ideal with a curry.

Banks & Taylor’s - “Dragon Slayer” - A.B.V 4.5%
A straw coloured beer, dry, malty and lightly hopped.
Originally brewed for St George's Day.

Titanic - “Cherry Dark” - ABV 4.4%
This black bitter uses US and Slovenian hops and is infused with cherries that subtly come through on the aftertaste.

Tower Brewery - Gone for a Burton - ABV 4.6%
An amber coloured beer with a malt hop aroma. Bitterness is provided by Fuggles Northdown hop and aroma is given from the classic hop Styrian Goldings.

Burton Bridge Brewery - “Stairway to Heaven” - ABV 5%
Pale, distinctive hoppy aroma, smooth easy drinking beer, but be careful of its strength.

Quartz Brewery - “Phoenix” - ABV 4.8%
Our winter special this year is a 4.8% abv dark beer brewed with Phoenix hops. Reports from trade sing its praises!

Jack Spitty's “Smuggler's Ale” - ABV 4.0%
Hoppy golden ale.

Broadoak Original Draught Cider “Moonshine” - ABV 7.5%
Strong and very drinkable with a crisp refreshing taste and little evidence of alcoholic content.

Milton Brewery - “Milton Minerva” - 4.6% ABV
Golden ale. Brewed with US, NZ and British hops for a powerful hop punch and satisfying bitterness.
First brewed in collaboration with Prof. Mary Beard when it was felt that a some feminine wisdom could usefully be added to the range.

Lillies Brewery - “Merry Monkey” - ABV: 4.5%
A medium scrumpy made with unfiltered bittersweet apple, full of character with a rich appley flavour.

Tower Brewery - Imperial IPA - ABV 5.0%
A Premium IPA, light golden in colour with a rich citrus fruity flavour and a floral hoppy aroma. Distinctive and Deceptively Quaffable!

St Austell - “Tribute”
The South West's favourite beer. Customers and publicans love Tribute as it's light, hoppy, zesty, easy to drink and consistently delicious.

Everards - “Tiger Beer” - ABV: 4.2%
A true award winning best bitter with universal appeal. Tiger Best Bitter is a classic example of getting the perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. Crystal malt gives the beer its rounded toffee character.
