Open training session for 16+ students and local Parkour community. Opportunity to meet, train and learn together.

This session aims to provide a friendly and open space to train together and have fun in Southend! If you're interested in Parkour and want to see what the fuss is about or just want to train with new people, this is for you!

Expect movement, fun, challenges and community!

Meet at Southend Civic Centre
