Producer Tenderlonious is the founder of 22a Music, the label associated with the talents of Al Dobson Jr, Jeen Bassa, Henry Wu, Mo Kolours, and Reginald Omas Mamode IV. Tenderlonoous is also a talented multi-instrumentalist, who has lent his skills to Paul White on his "Shaker Notes" tour, and earned props from LEFTO, Osúnlade and Gilles Peterson.
