Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday June 13, 2017 @ 7:00 pm at the Kamloops Curling Centre.
A free dinner will be provided at 6:00 pm. The bar will be open at 5:30 pm. If you are attending please send an email to Rob so we have an idea of numbers.
The club will be looking to fill four directors spots (2 year term), as well as Vice President and Treasurer positions. Please consider being a member of the board and help shape our club. Boar members make the decisions that mold our club. It is very rewarding and is really a lot of fun! There are monthly meetings of the board and committee meetings when required. Ask Rob if you need more information.
In addition to the board member elections, we will present our financial statements, provide an update on the new ice plant and present annual awards.
We have three awards available including Life Member, John Matheson (Volunteer Award) and the Ambassador Award (Club Promoter). The deadline to nominate individuals for an award is May 26. Please contact Rob for nomination information.
