Rohan 'Danger' Desai is a college drop out without a tech start-up or even a MacBook. But he has a compulsive need for creative expression through any medium (preferably legal). His stand-up is variously described as unique, surreal and what-the-f*ck-was-that?

His alter-ago 'International Comedy Star Rohan Desai' has won the Melbourne Comedy Festival and performed twice down under to widespread acclaim. But that is more urban legend than artist profile material. But hey, how many college dropouts get to have an alter-ego, right?

AAKASH MEHTA

Aakash Mehta is a Comedian, Musician, Writer, Audio Engineer and Law Graduate from Mumbai. And he does all this without being a star kid. It helps that he has issues and that he likes dealing with them on stage. His stand up covers everything from piles to suicidal tendencies to being a kid. A true student of the art, Aakash now relishes every mishap, misfortune and misadventure so that he can talk about it on stage.

GAURAV KAPOOR

Gaurav Kapoor sounds like a celebrity name but he is only a short boy from Delhi who is actually a fully grown man. Apart from a day job, the only thing he has going for him is that he is funny. So funny in fact that he has won every open mic competition on the Mumbai circuit including Big Mic, Canvas Laugh Club, Chalta Hai and Buzz Off and has opened for Russell Brand on his India tour. His favorite topics are Jaat culture, people who buy Royal Enfields and poverty, mostly his own. His friends say that the stories he narrates off stage are even funnier but we may never know. Gaurav claims to be a Bachelor of Art in Journalism and is understandably working in the retail sector. Having recently changed his name from Kapur to Kapoor, he is hoping being neurologically correct will add two inches to his height.
