Üritus: Kids Yoga Demo

Please join us for a FREE Kids Yoga Demo for ages 2-9yrs being held this coming Saturday from 10:30-11:30am inside our Yellow Room at the Hays Y.

Certified Yoga Instructor Traci Bemis will host this demo in two parts with kids ages 2-5yrs running from 10:30-11am and kids ages 6-9yrs running from 11-11:30am.

This FREE Demo Class will gauge interest and receive feedback for potential upcoming fee-based class series.

Yoga is a wonderful way to help kids achieve confidence, strength, focus and coping skills like breath work and relaxation techniques.
