Class Descriptions:
Tall & Small: Parent & Child participate in an fun filled, coach lead gymnastics activity. Developing social skills, co-ordination, strength and confidence. Ages: 18 mos. - 3yrs
45 minute class
Kindergym: Your child is now able to fly solo! They are able to listen to direction, instruction, stay with a group, all while working on developing their skills in a fun and safe environment. Ages: 3-4 yrs.
GymDance: A 45 minute class that combines dance and gymnastics! Are you curious about both? Experience the best of both worlds - lead by a certified gymnastics coach with a dance background! Jr.Gymdance is a parent & tot activity for 2-3 yrs. Sr.GymDance, ages: 3-4, participate on their own.
TumblTots: Children are now ready to conquer more challenges! They are able to participate in an activity packed hour of movement & fun, while learning basics of gymnastics. Ages: 5-6 yrs.
GymKids: Gymnasts will be engaged in activities to challenge their physical and mental strength, co-ordination, confidence and social skills in 1 ½ hour class!
Jr. Ages: 7-9 yrs, Sr. Ages: 10-12yrs
TeenGym: For the teen who wants to challenge their body and mind and learn some new gymnastics skills. 2 hr class Ages: 13+
Acro: A 1 hour class of dancing, tumbling & partner stunts all wrapped in one!
Ages: Jr. 7-9yrs, Int. 10-12 yrs, Sr. 13+
Tumbling: 1 hour dedicated to floor tumbling! A great way to improve your skills for dance, acro, artistic or just for fun! Ages: 7-10 yrs, 11+ yrs
Trampoline: Bouncing is a great activity to improve strength, coordination & fun! Come experience an hour dedicated to trampoline, lead by a qualified coach!
Ages: Jr. 7-9 yrs, Int. 10-12 yrs
Adult Gymfit: Spend an hour in the gymnastics facility learning some skills, using the equipment and challenging yourself!
Keeners, Adv.Rec, Pre-Competitive & Competitive Programs: Please speak with Petra about being evaluated for any of the above. Programs are offered in acro and artistic gymnastics.
Drop In: Weekday Tall & Small drop in is available on 2 mornings per week. Or try our Family drop In on Friday Evenings! Visits are sold individually or for a package price.
