Come on down to the Davo Wednesday 20th September at 8pm for our Major Draw!

25 names will be drawn from the Barrel. The First name drawn out will get to choose 1 of 25 envelopes which will be placed on the front of the car, they will not open their envelope until all 25 members have received their envelopes.

Once all members have received their envelope, the first person that was drawn will be called back onto stage to open their envelope and reveal their prize.

24 envelopes will read "SORRY" and 1 will read "CONGRATULATIONS"

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all Financial and Provisional Members of the Davistown Rsl Club ltd.
A member of Davistown RSL Club, is a person who has paid all membership subscriptions.

Directors of the Club are eligible to enter this promotion.

Staff of Davistown RSL Club Ltd who are members of the club are ineligible to win the promotion. A new ticket will be drawn.
The winner must be in the Club at the time of all draws and must be a member of the Club at the time. The winner will have four minutes in which to claim the prize.

The Toyota Yaris Give A Way will be held at 19 Murna Road Davistown. NSW 2251.
Prize Information
The Toyota Yaris Give a way promotion will run from Friday 30th June 2017 until Wednesday 20th September 2017 being the final draw and the car will be given away.
The major prize is a 2017 Toyota Yaris Ascent 1.3lt Auto White in Colour. Valued at $16,000. Includes all on road costs.
Prizes also include $30 Davo Cards for weekly draw winners and $20 Davo cards who don’t receive an envelope at the major prize draw. (22 x $30 + 5 x $20)= $760

Total promotion cost is $16,760.00
Prize is transferable but not redeemable for cash.
Mechanics
One entry ticket will be awarded for every $10 spent during the session times at any Ideal Point of Sale (POS) terminal at the Bar or Broadwater restaurant and Café (Excludes Reception) in the advertised session times. The member must have their membership card swiped by the staff member at the time of purchase. Entries will be via a virtual reality (VR) barrel and one winning ticket will be printed and dispensed at each draw. Multiple tickets allowed.
Daily Session Draw- (Please See Session Times below)
Names will be drawn using our Ideal (POS) system each session, members must be on the premises to win. These winners will go into the weekly draw, with 1 winner being drawn at 1.45pm and 2 winners being drawn at 8.00pm for the duration of the promotion and times stated in the Session time.
Weekly Draw- (Week 1 to Week 11)
Each Wednesday night @ 8.00pm, 2 names will be drawn from the barrel and they must be on the premises to win, these 2 winners will go into the draw for the major prize. Weekly winners will receive a $30 Davo card. (22xWeeks =$660.00) (Excludes week 12 Winners)
Last Session-
This will be held on Wednesday 20th September 2017 at 8.00pm with 8 names being drawn with the winners going into the Major Draw.
Major Prize Draw-
At the conclusion of the last session draw on Wednesday 20th September 2017 the Major Draw will take place with 25 names being drawn from the barrel.
The first name drawn out will get to choose one (1) of twenty five (25) envelopes which will be placed on the front of the car, they will not open the envelopes until all 25 members have received their envelopes. At all draws members must be present and have 4 minutes to present themselves with their membership card to the manager in the main lounge stage or a redraw will occur. The remaining weekly winners who did not receive an envelope will receive a $20 Davo card.
Once all members have received their envelope, the first person that received their envelope will be called back onto the stage to open their envelope to reveal their prize.
Twenty four (24) will say “SORRY” and one (1) will say “Congratulations you’re the Winner”
This will conclude the promotion once the winner has opened the envelope.
If the prize is not claimed in 3 months an unclaimed prize draw will take place on the 20th December in the main lounge at the Davistown Rsl Club.
