On sunday 30th of oktober one of our coaches fell victim to senseless violence. As a result he still remains in the hospital and is giving it all he's got to recover. As a Community we want let him and his family know we are thinking of them. So this thursday we are doing a WOD in his honor! The Crossfit Community has shown it is very much alive by showing their support And willingness to join in on the wod. So we call upon any box that is willing to show support. Raise your voice against senseless violence!
