Üritus: 2017 "Grassroots Judo Challenge": Random Teams Event!

A Sunday morning Judo development activity.

Grassroots Judo with a difference!!

All players will be randomly assigned evenly to one of three teams (Purple, Orange & Green). Team members will name their team on the day. Each player will get 3 bouts (no more, no less). Each team will have an adult "captain" who will match up players as evenly as possible with each bout. New or beginner players will do ne-waza only (ground work techniques only). All players of each team will get Gold, Silver or Bronze medals depending upon the overall team performance.

This will be our last Grassroots judo challenge for 2017. Aimed at ongoing introduction of Judo players of ALL levels to the concept of Judo competition in a way that adheres to being Safe, Supportive, Inclusive and Enjoyable. Looking forward to a great morning of Grassroots Judo,
