This summer we tragically lost Max Faulkner, a beloved friend and family member. In his honour we are putting on an event in order to try and raise 7.5k in aid of putting up a bench in Hyde Park to remember him. So in true Max style we have decided to get together and raise the funds through a party!

CHARITY EVENT- with ALL proceeds going to The Royal Parks Foundation Charity, which includes a bench in Max's name for 100 years.

The Mayans-
Mayans are known as an indie alternative rock band from Putney, London. Mayans have tried to break the mould of a typical ‘indie band’ by creating their own sound – Mayans incorporate elements of jazz and blues in guitar parts and funk as the heart of the rhythm section. The vocal lines attempt to create classic pop hooks from the golden age that jump in and out of a thick layer of guitar polyphony. Deep grooves comprised of fluid bass and driving drums is the core of the sound and with unpredictable breakdowns, a compromise of new ideas and memorable phrases makes their sound exciting and ear catching!!!

Hidden Charms-
"Hidden Charms have a giddy energy, a dancefloor frenzy which is more suited to legendary Mod club Tiles than any modern super-club. Yet this isn't some attempt to turn back the clock. Sure, the band are informed by the past but are confronting the present with the lyrics derived from the world around them" Clash Music
