We're pleased to see that the wind is set to switch off later (albeit with a high chance of rain according to the BBC and Met Office forecasts – but that seems standard this summer!) 5pm tides put the coast off limits, so we're going to head back to the river for tonight's SUP Club. Meeting at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm launch at Mill House (by the Church Road bridge, just beyond CM3 4BG – see www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=z9N9RqIZx2PM.kL-b5kgjhXP8&usp=sharing) we'll head west to the A12 bridge and back before hitting the Six Bells for a well-earnt pint! As always, you need a licence to paddle the Chelmer: we're due to renew ours tomorrow, so if you bring £30 we can sort you out too...
