This is a 7 week session that aims to introduce students to Medical Qi Gong emphasizing Cultivation and Self Treatment.
The instructed material comes from a long lineage of traditional Qi Gong grandmasters transmitted to us by Master Xu Gong Wei, Master Helen Wu and Master Simon Hu.
The event is taught by our school's instructors who are Certified in Medical Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Internal Arts.
