Through events, talks, workshops, classes and collaborative space, Kwench creates cultural community where members can conveniently engage in the experiences that support a happy and healthy life (the H in kwench).
We believe that happiness is built on a balance of the following 6 things:
Knowledge: With knowledge comes power and desire to understand.
Wellness: Healthy body, healthy mind.
Experiences: The most memorable gifts are those that we experience.
Novelty: Trying something new pushes the boundaries of what we though we knew or never thought to consider. Novelty also brings in a sense of play.
Curiosity: Invites an openness to unfamiliar experiences, thus laying the foundation for greater opportunities to experience discovery, wonder and delight.
Connection: The most basic need for human health and happiness. A sense of belonging comes from being part of something larger than oneself.
