JAZZ CARTIER, aka Jacuzzi La Fleur and self-proclaimed “Prince of the City” is a hip-hop artist from Toronto. He is the 2017 Juno Award winner for Rap Recording of the Year for his mixtape ‘Hotel Paranoia’, and has twice been nominated for the Polaris Music Prize in 2015 and 2016. Jazz is known for his unpredictable fashion style and his energetic performances where you can find him stage diving and crowd surfing.
